Krux CRM

A simple CRM for small teams who answer their own email: contacts, a shared inbox, follow-up reminders, and lead capture forms.

Most CRMs are built for sales departments with pipeline stages, quotas, and a manager reviewing forecasts. Small teams don’t work that way. They answer their own email, remember who they promised to call back, and need a place to keep notes that isn’t someone’s inbox.

I built Krux CRM for those teams.

What it does

  • Contacts. Profiles, free-form tags, notes, and an activity timeline. CSV import and export at any time, so your data never gets stuck.
  • Shared inbox. Customer email lands in a team inbox where you can assign conversations, leave internal notes, and reply with your own name on it.
  • Tasks and follow-ups. Reminders tied to contacts. Recurring follow-ups schedule the next one when you complete the current one.
  • Broadcasts. Plain-text updates to tagged segments, with unsubscribes handled for you.
  • Search. Full-text search across contacts, conversations, and tasks from one keyboard shortcut.
  • Lead capture. Point a website form at Krux and each submission becomes a tagged lead on the timeline, with spam protection and no JavaScript required.
